BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Choose a station arrival time that leaves room to reach your departure platform, including any assistance you need. Give the office your train departure and your requested arrival time; they are not the same thing.
Network Rail lists step-free access from Waterloo’s main concourse to the platforms, with exits 1, 2 and 3 as step-free routes. Exit 2 has lift access towards Waterloo Road and the Jubilee line. Discuss your drop-off and access needs with the office.
If your train operator has arranged Passenger Assistance, the Waterloo meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12. Follow the operator’s instructions; the railway arrangement is separate from your car booking.
YOUR SM4 PICKUP
A pre-booked car can collect you at your SM4 address, so you do not need to reach a local station with your bags before travelling to Waterloo. Allow for the walk from your Waterloo drop-off to your departure point.
If your pickup is at a station, specify which one: Morden South Rail Station and Morden Underground Station are different locations. Give the office your proposed pickup point and any access needs so a practical, lawful arrangement can be agreed.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not just the seats.
Tell us the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. An accompanying carer also needs a seat; the office can help agree a suitable vehicle.
RETURN COLLECTION
For a return from London Waterloo to SM4, give the office your arriving train operator or service, its origin, arrival date and time, and a contact number. Agree a car meeting point separately, including the relevant exit; the outward booking does not automatically reserve the same driver or vehicle for the return.
If your train or plans change, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 and confirm any revised arrangement with the office. Waiting may be chargeable; ask the office about the applicable terms.

Request a quote for your exact journey: the price reflects the pickup and destination, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, passenger and luggage details, train service, requested station-arrival time and any extra stop.
Our office can discuss the arrangements by phone or through your enquiry. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car; KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway Passenger Assistance separately with your train operator; a car booking does not arrange it. Waterloo’s meeting point is opposite platform 12 on the main concourse.
Tell our office about mobility and access needs for the car journey. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An optional additional escort inside a building is assessed separately and may be free or carry an agreed charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
