Choose a station-arrival target that leaves time to reach your departure facilities, rather than using your train departure time as the car arrival time.
Tell the office your train service and operator, departure time and the time you want to reach the station. London Euston serves Avanti West Coast, London Northwestern Railway, London Overground and Caledonian Sleeper. Arrange any railway assistance separately with your operator.
Network Rail lists set-down and collection points at Eversholt Street and Euston Square Gardens. Discuss the drop-off with the office, including any mobility needs and luggage; the arrangement for a return collection is agreed separately.
YOUR SM5 PICKUP
A pre-booked car can collect you from your address, so you do not need to make a separate journey to a local station with your luggage. Allow time to get from the Euston drop-off to your departure facilities.
If your pickup is at a station, specify which one: Carshalton station is on North Street, while Carshalton Beeches station is on Station Approach, Gordon Road. They are different locations.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office; an estate is an option to discuss for extra luggage. You can also ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is a group option; ask about seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles.
Tell us the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We can consider the whole party and its luggage together, including a seat for any accompanying carer.
RETURN JOURNEY
For a return from London Euston to SM5, give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, date, scheduled arrival time and a contact number. We will agree a station-side meeting point separately; a return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, contact the office on 020 8870 8888 and agree the revised collection. Waiting or changes may affect the cost.

The quote reflects your exact journey and vehicle, including any agreed extra stops. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends its acceptance by SMS and/or email.
Arrange assistance inside Euston separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange railway assistance. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs too, so we can discuss a suitable car journey.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. An additional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement; the office will discuss the help and any cost.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
