Choose your arrival target and the right departure area for your train.
St Pancras International and King's Cross are separate railway stations, although they share an Underground station. Eurostar uses the International area in the Arcade; EMR and Southeastern use the upper concourse, while Thameslink platforms are below ground.
For Eurostar Standard and Plus departures from London, follow the arrival time on your ticket and allow for ticket, security and border checks. The ticket-check deadline is not your station-arrival target. Download your ticket near your travel date for arrival advice, which varies by route and class.
A pre-booked car can collect you from your home in Carshalton or elsewhere in SM5, so you do not need to reach a local station with your luggage. You will still need to make your way from the drop-off to the correct departure area at St Pancras.
If your pickup is at a station, name it precisely: Carshalton station is on North Street, while Carshalton Beeches station is on Station Approach, Gordon Road. They are separate stations.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is a group option; larger seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles can be requested. The right choice depends on the passengers and their combined luggage, not seats alone.
Tell us the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help agree a suitable vehicle.
A return from St Pancras International to SM5 is arranged separately. Tell the office your arriving train operator or service, its origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, and a contact number. We will agree the car meeting point with you.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call the office on 020 8870 8888 to review the collection. A requested change is not agreed until the office accepts it; any revised charge can be discussed then.

Your quote reflects the actual journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. St Pancras has lift-based step-free access to all platforms.
Tell our office about your mobility and assistance needs so we can plan the car journey. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
