Give us the coach station as your destination and plan around your operator’s requested arrival time, not just the departure time.

Victoria Coach Station is at 164 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9TP. It is separate from Victoria rail and Underground stations, so specify the coach station when requesting your car.
Pickup from your SM5 address
A pre-booked car collects you from your address in Carshalton or elsewhere in SM5, so you do not need to get yourself and your luggage to a rail station first. You will still need to find the departure facilities inside Victoria Coach Station.
If your pickup is at a local station rather than home, name it precisely: Carshalton Beeches station is on Station Approach, Gordon Road, while Carshalton station is on North Street. They are separate stations.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Choose room for passengers and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with our office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; for a group, consider the bags as well as the seats.
Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
RETURN JOURNEY
Arrange your return to SM5
A return from Victoria Coach Station to SM5 can be arranged separately. Give the office your arriving coach operator and service, date and arrival time, destination and contact number. We will agree the car meeting point with you; a separate return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your coach plans change, call 020 8870 8888 so the office can review the arrangement. A requested change is not in place until the office accepts and confirms it; a revised charge may apply.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the actual journey and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and timing, passenger and luggage details, coach service and its requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop.
What if I need help inside the station?
Station assistance is separate from your car booking; contact your coach operator to arrange the help you need inside. Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters; porter help is not included in the KB booking.
Tell our office about your mobility and assistance needs. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge; advance notice helps us coordinate suitable help. Any additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with arrangements and any cost agreed with you.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
When is my car booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
