Tell the office your train operator and departure time, and when you want to arrive at the station. Allow time to reach your departure area. Gatwick Express, Southern and Southeastern serve Victoria. Wilton Road is identified for set-down and collection; Terminus Place is set-down only.

A pre-booked car collects you from your SM5 address, so you do not need to get yourself and your luggage to a local rail station before travelling to Victoria. Allow for any walking needed inside Victoria after drop-off.
Carshalton Beeches station is on Station Approach, Gordon Road; it is a different station from Carshalton station on North Street. If a station is part of your plans, name the one you need.

Returning from London Victoria to SM5
Arrange your return collection separately. Give the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date, expected arrival time and contact number; agree the car meeting point with the office.
If your train or plans change, call 020 8870 8888 to request an update. Ask the office to confirm whether it can accept the revised arrangement and any revised charge. A separate return does not automatically reserve the outward driver or vehicle.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects your addresses, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference.
An enquiry, quote or payment attempt alone does not confirm a booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell our office about mobility or boarding needs when arranging your car.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
