SM5 to London Waterloo private hire

YOUR WATERLOO ARRIVAL

Plan your arrival at Waterloo

Set a station-arrival target that gives you time to reach your departure facilities.

Allow time before departure

Tell the office your train service and when you want to arrive at Waterloo, not just the train’s departure time. Allow time to enter the station and reach the right departure facilities.

Plan a step-free route

Waterloo’s main concourse has step-free access to the platforms, and exits 1, 2 and 3 are identified as step-free routes. Exit 2 has lift access towards Waterloo Road and the Jubilee line.

Your pickup in Carshalton

A pre-booked car can collect you from your specified SM5 address, avoiding the separate trip to a local station with your luggage. You will still need time to enter Waterloo and reach your onward departure.

If your pickup is at a local station, be specific: Carshalton station is on North Street, while Carshalton Beeches station is on Station Approach, Gordon Road. They are different stations.

ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY

Choose room for people and luggage

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; for a group, consider the bags as well as the seats.

Tell us the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can agree a suitable vehicle.

Arrange a separate return collection

For a return from London Waterloo to SM5, give the office your arriving train’s operator, service and origin, travel date and expected arrival time. Provide a contact number and agree the car meeting point separately; a return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.

If your train, exit or plans change, call the office on 020 8870 8888 to agree the revised arrangement and obtain confirmation. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable terms; ask the office for details.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions before you book

The car, rail ticket and railway assistance are separate arrangements.

What do you need for a quote?

The quote reflects your particular journey and vehicle needs. Send your full pickup address and destination, travel date and time, passenger numbers and luggage, plus your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop.

An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends its acceptance by SMS and/or email.

What if I need help inside the station?

Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Waterloo’s Passenger Assistance meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12.

Tell the office about your mobility and boarding needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; discuss any additional escort inside the station and its possible cost separately.

Does the transfer include my onward ticket?

Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
