London Marylebone is at Melcombe Place, London NW1 6JJ. Chiltern lists step-free access to every railway platform and a mobility set-down point at the station entrance. Tell our office about your mobility and vehicle access needs when booking.
Give the office your train service and the time you want to arrive at the station, rather than just your train departure time. Allow for getting inside and reaching your departure area. Marylebone Underground is on the Bakerloo line.
YOUR SM6 PICKUP
A pre-booked car collects you from your SM6 address, so you do not have to take your luggage to a local station and make onward changes. Allow time at Marylebone to reach your train.
Wallington and Hackbridge are different rail starting points: Wallington station is on Railway Approach, while Hackbridge station is on London Road. If you are comparing a rail journey from home, consider which station you would need to reach; for a car quote, give us your exact pickup address.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. Choose around the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats.
Tell us how many suitcases and cabin bags you have, their sizes and any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item. An accompanying carer needs a seat too. The office can discuss a suitable vehicle for the combined load.
COMING HOME
A return from London Marylebone to SM6 is arranged separately. Give the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date, scheduled arrival time and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point and exit with the office; the station entrance or assistance point is not automatically your car pickup point.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, contact the office on 020 8870 8888. Ask for confirmation of any revised arrangement; a change request is not itself acceptance.

The car, rail ticket and station assistance are separate arrangements.
Your quote reflects the exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return you need. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Chiltern identifies the ticket barriers as its assistance meeting point.
Tell the office what help you need with the car. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside the station, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
