Use your station-arrival target
St Pancras International and King’s Cross are separate railway stations, although they share an Underground station. For Eurostar Standard and Plus journeys from London, use the arrival time on your ticket rather than the train departure or ticket-check deadline; allow for ticket, security and border checks. Download your ticket near travel for current advice, which varies by route and class, and give the office your station-arrival target.
YOUR SM6 PICKUP
Start from your address
A pre-booked car collects you at your SM6 address, so you do not need to reach a local station with your luggage or change trains on the way. Allow for the walk inside St Pancras to your departure area.
Wallington station is on Railway Approach; Hackbridge station is on London Road. They are different local rail origins, so tell us your actual pickup address rather than assuming either station is closest.

Choose room for people and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is available as a group option; enquire about seven or eight-plus passengers. The right choice depends on the whole party and its luggage together.
Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help agree a suitable vehicle.
ON YOUR WAY HOME
Return to SM6 from St Pancras
Arrange your return from St Pancras International to SM6 separately, whether or not you travelled outward with KB Cars. Give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, date, expected arrival time and a contact number. The office will agree the car meeting point with you.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call the 24-hour office on 020 8870 8888 to request an updated arrangement. Ask the office to confirm whether the change is accepted and any revised cost. A separate return does not automatically reserve the outward driver or vehicle; waiting or changes can affect the cost.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the actual journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return you would like to arrange.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange railway assistance inside St Pancras separately with your train operator; a car booking does not arrange it. The station lists lift-based step-free access to all platforms.
Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
