Set your station-arrival target
Tell us your train service and when you need to be at Waterloo, not just when the train departs. Allow for the walk from the car to your platform, including any assistance or luggage needs.
PRE-BOOKED PRIVATE HIRE
From Wallington, Hackbridge and across SM6, travel to Waterloo with a pickup arranged around your station arrival. Get a quote for your address and journey, or call our 24-hour office on 020 8870 8888.
YOUR WATERLOO ARRIVAL
The car takes you to the station; allow time to reach your train or onward connection.
Tell us your train service and when you need to be at Waterloo, not just when the train departs. Allow for the walk from the car to your platform, including any assistance or luggage needs.
Waterloo Underground serves the Bakerloo, Jubilee, Northern and Waterloo & City lines. The Jubilee line has step-free access. Exit 2 has lift access towards Waterloo Road and the Jubilee line; allow time to reach the part of the station you need.
YOUR SM6 PICKUP
A pre-booked car can collect you from your address in SM6, so you do not need to get yourself and your luggage to a local station first. Give the office your exact pickup address rather than just the postcode district.
Wallington and Hackbridge are different rail starting points: Wallington station is on Railway Approach, while Hackbridge station is on London Road. If either is your pickup, name the station and agree a suitable meeting point with the office.

ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
For a solo journey, larger cases or a group, discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office. Executive, mini van and luxury options are also available to enquire about.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and size of bags, including any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help agree a vehicle for the whole party and its luggage.
RETURN COLLECTION
For a return to SM6, give the office your arriving train company and service, origin, travel date, scheduled arrival time and contact number. We will agree the car meeting point separately; it is not assumed to be the outward drop-off point.
If your train or plans change, call 020 8870 8888 and agree the revised arrangements with the office. A change request is not complete until the office accepts and confirms it; any applicable revised charge will be agreed.
GOOD TO KNOW
The essentials for your quote, assistance and onward journey.
The quote reflects your actual journey, including the addresses, timing, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, date, passengers and luggage, along with your train service, requested station-arrival time and any extra stop.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Waterloo’s Passenger Assistance meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12. The main concourse has step-free access to the platforms, and exits 1, 2 and 3 are step-free routes.
Tell the office about your mobility and boarding needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged free; contacting the office in advance helps coordinate assistance. If you need an escort inside the station, discuss the task and any cost with the office; this is separate from railway assistance. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding wheelchair can travel as luggage where suitable.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
