What do you need for a quote?

An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance inside King's Cross is arranged separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell the KB office about your mobility and boarding needs when arranging the journey.
The office can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Discuss any additional escort inside a building and agree the arrangements and any cost. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding chair must travel as luggage in a suitable vehicle.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
