Tell us when you want to reach London Liverpool Street, not just when your train departs. Allow time to reach your departure area. The station is at Bishopsgate, London EC2M 7PY, and lists a lift between street level, concourse and mezzanine.
Liverpool Street Underground station serves the Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines. Keep your onward service details to hand and allow for any walking inside the station.
STARTING FROM BANSTEAD
Banstead station is on Banstead Road, Banstead, Surrey, SM7 1PZ. If you travel by rail from there, you will need to arrange your own journey to the station and carry your luggage through any changes.
A pre-booked home pickup takes you directly to Liverpool Street station instead. You may still need to walk inside the station to reach your onward departure.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with our office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; six-passenger vehicles are offered around the clock, while seven- and eight-plus-passenger vehicles can be requested through the office.
Tell us the number of passengers and the counts and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We will consider the whole party and load together when arranging a suitable vehicle.
RETURN COLLECTION
For a return from London Liverpool Street to SM7, give our office the arriving train operator and service, service origin, travel date, scheduled arrival time and a reachable mobile number. We will agree the car meeting point separately; the outward booking does not automatically reserve a return.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call 020 8870 8888 to discuss the arrangement. A requested change is not agreed until the office confirms its acceptance.

The quote is tailored to your journey. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage, along with your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference so the office can assess the whole journey. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Railway assistance inside the station is arranged separately with your train operator; a car booking does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs so we can plan the car journey.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. An additional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement; the office will discuss the task and any agreed cost. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation.
