Tooley Street, Bermondsey Street and Station Approach are different sides or facilities at London Bridge, not interchangeable meeting points. Discuss the outward drop-off arrangement with the office rather than relying on the station name alone.
Platforms are above the main entrance level, and the Assisted Travel Lounge is beside the ticket office on the lower concourse. Give the office your train operator and service, departure time and the time you want to arrive at the station, allowing for the walk and any assistance you need.
YOUR STARTING POINT
A pre-booked car can collect you from your address in SM7 or Banstead and take you to London Bridge station, so you do not first have to make your way to a local railway station with your luggage.
Banstead station is on Banstead Road, Banstead, Surrey, SM7 1PZ. If it is your starting point rather than your home, give the office the exact pickup address and discuss the arrangement.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; choose for the whole party and its combined load, not just the number of seats.
Tell us how many passengers and cases you have, including cabin bags, pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items. A six-passenger vehicle is an option; luggage space depends on the combined load. Ask the office about seven or more passengers.
RETURN JOURNEY
For a separate return from London Bridge to SM7, give the office your train operator and service, origin, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately from your outward drop-off.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, contact the office on 020 8870 8888 to discuss the collection and confirm any revised arrangement. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.

Your quote is based on the actual journey and vehicle required. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, and any extra stop.
Include your train operator and service, departure time and requested station-arrival time so the office can plan the transfer around your connection.
Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. At London Bridge, the Assisted Travel Lounge is beside the ticket office on the lower concourse.
Tell our office what help you need with the car journey. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, but a folding wheelchair can travel as luggage where suitable. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any charge agreed in advance.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
