Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Chiltern identifies the ticket barriers as its assistance meeting point.
Tell our office what help you need for the car journey. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; discuss any additional escort inside the station and its scope and cost with the office.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
