Your station-arrival target is earlier than your train departure. Share your service and departure time with the office so you can discuss a target that leaves room to reach the right departure facilities.
London Paddington is at Praed Street, London W2 1HQ. Network Rail lists the APCOA car-park entrance on Bishops Bridge Road and a separate rank approach. Waiting is not permitted under its drop-off guidance, so discuss the arrangement with our office.
A staffed assistance drop-off point is listed on the deck above platform 12. If you need help reaching your train, arrange station assistance with the station or train operator, preferably in advance, and tell KB Cars about your mobility needs.
A pre-booked car collects you from your address, so you do not need to reach Banstead station with your luggage before travelling to Paddington. You will still need to make your way through Paddington to your departure facilities.

ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage, while an MPV can be useful for a group; the right choice depends on the combined load.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. An accompanying carer also needs a seat.
A return from London Paddington to SM7 is arranged separately. Give the office your arriving train operator and service, where it is coming from, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point with the office rather than assuming it is the outward drop-off point.
If your train or exit changes, call 020 8870 8888 and confirm revised arrangements with the office. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle; waiting or accepted changes may affect the cost.

Your quote reflects the specific journey, including the addresses, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return plans.
Arrange railway assistance separately with the station or your train operator; a car booking does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs too, including any accompanying carer or folding wheelchair.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, we can discuss the task and agree any cost. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
