Follow your coach operator’s UK or international check-in guidance and give KB Cars the requested station-arrival time, not just the coach departure time. YOUR SM7 PICKUP
Start from your address in Banstead or SM7
A pre-booked car collects you from your SM7 address and takes you to Victoria Coach Station, avoiding the need to reach a rail station and carry your luggage between the rail and coach stations. You will still need to make your way inside to the departure area.
If you are considering rail instead, Banstead station is on Banstead Road, Banstead, Surrey, SM7 1PZ. Your journey to the station is an additional leg; check the applicable platform access and assistance arrangements if needed.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Choose room for passengers and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is another group option, with luggage considered alongside the passenger count. Ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles.
Give the office the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item. An accompanying carer needs a seat too. The office can help agree a suitable vehicle for the whole party and its luggage.
RETURN JOURNEY
Arrange your return to SM7 separately
For a return from Victoria Coach Station to SM7, give the office your arriving coach operator and service, travel date and arrival time, and a contact number. The office will agree a car meeting point with you separately; a return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your plans change, contact the office on 020 8870 8888. A request or acknowledgement is not acceptance of a revised arrangement: agree and confirm any change and applicable revised charge with the office.

How do I get a quote for my SM7 transfer?
Request a quote or call the office with your full pickup address, Victoria Coach Station as the destination, date and required station-arrival time. Include your coach service, passenger and luggage details, and any extra stop or vehicle preference so the quote reflects your journey.
The price depends on the addresses, timing, vehicle and agreed extras. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking; KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Station assistance is separate from your car booking: arrange the help you need with your coach operator. Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters; porter help is not included in the KB booking.
Tell the office about mobility, boarding or luggage needs when arranging your car. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; if you need an additional escort inside, the office can agree the task and any cost with you. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
