Plan the station arrival around your onward journey, not just the train departure.
Tell us your train operator and service, departure time and the time you want to arrive at the station. Allow for getting to your platform with luggage. London Victoria railway station is at Victoria Street, London SW1V 1JU; Victoria Coach Station is separate, so make sure you have the right destination.
Wilton Road is listed for both set-down and collection, while Terminus Place is set-down only. Discuss your drop-off with the office. For an onward Tube journey, follow signs for the Victoria, District or Circle line and allow for walking inside the hub.
Banstead station is on Banstead Road, Banstead, Surrey, SM7 1PZ. If you are considering a rail journey from there, you will need to reach that station first and make your own onward arrangements at Victoria.
A pre-booked car can collect you from your SM7 address and take you directly to London Victoria railway station, avoiding the need to carry your luggage to Banstead station. You may still need to walk inside Victoria to your onward departure.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is an option for a group, while seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles can be requested.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help match the whole load to a suitable vehicle.
RETURN COLLECTION
Arrange your return collection separately. Give the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. Agree the meeting point and exit with the office; Wilton Road is listed for collection, but the precise point is agreed for your booking.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888. Ask the office to confirm any revised arrangement; a change request is not itself acceptance.

The practical details for your car and onward journey.
The quote reflects your actual journey, including the address, timing, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Mention any extra stop or return you need.
Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell the KB Cars office about your mobility and assistance needs so the car journey can be planned around them.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; letting the office know in advance helps coordination. An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any charge agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
