What do you need for a quote?
The quote reflects your exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference so the office can quote for the journey you need. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle booking information.
What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Chiltern identifies the ticket barriers as its assistance meeting point.
Tell our office what help you need with the car. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an optional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding and a folding chair with the office.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
When is my car booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation. You can contact the office to discuss the arrangements without installing an app.
