Network Rail lists Wilton Road for set-down and collection, while Terminus Place is set-down only. Continue into the railway station for your departure. Tell us whether you are travelling with Gatwick Express, Southern or Southeastern so we can plan around your service.

From your SW10 address to your train
A pre-booked car collects you from your chosen address in the Chelsea and West Brompton area, so you do not have to carry your luggage to a separate starting point. Give the office the exact pickup address and any helpful entrance details.
Your requested station-arrival time is not the same as your train departure. Allow for walking through Victoria and reaching your departure area, then discuss your target with the office.

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats.
Tell us the number and size of your cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. An accompanying carer needs a seat too. The office can help agree a suitable vehicle.
RETURN JOURNEY
Arrange a separate return to SW10
For a return from London Victoria to SW10, give the office your train operator, service origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, your destination and a contact number. We will agree a lawful, accessible car meeting point separately; Wilton Road is listed for collection, but the actual meeting point must be agreed.
If your train is delayed or your exit or plans change, contact the office on 020 8870 8888. Ask for the revised arrangement to be accepted and confirmed; an acknowledged request alone does not change the booking.

What do you need for a quote?
The quote reflects your actual journey and vehicle needs. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends a booking confirmation by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance inside Victoria is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Contact Gatwick Express, Southern or Southeastern as appropriate.
Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; discussing them in advance helps us arrange suitable help. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
