Choose when you need to reach the station, not just when your train leaves.
London Euston is the West Coast Main Line terminus on Euston Road. Tell our office your train operator and service, departure time and requested station-arrival time. Allow for the walk inside and any assistance you need before departure. Operators include Avanti West Coast, London Northwestern Railway, London Overground and Caledonian Sleeper.
Network Rail lists set-down points at Eversholt Street and Euston Square Gardens. You will still need to continue inside to your departure area. Arrange railway assistance with your train operator and tell KB Cars about any mobility needs for the car journey.
A pre-booked car can collect you from your home in Battersea or around Clapham Junction, so you can travel to Euston without carrying your luggage to a first station.
If your pickup is at Clapham Junction Rail Station rather than home, tell the office which entrance or side you need and agree a suitable meeting point. The station is on St John's Hill, SW11 2QP.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is also offered. Ask about seven- or eight-plus-passenger options if you need more room.
Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can agree a vehicle for the combined passengers and load.
RETURN TO SW11
For a return from London Euston to SW11, give the office your arriving train operator and service, its origin, travel date and expected arrival time, plus a mobile contact number. Agree the station-side meeting point separately; it is not necessarily the outward drop-off point.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888. Agree the revised arrangement with the office and obtain confirmation that any change has been accepted. Waiting or changes may affect the cost.

Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An optional additional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement; it may be free or carry an agreed charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
