London Liverpool Street is at Bishopsgate, London EC2M 7PY. After drop-off, allow time to enter the concourse, check the departure information and reach your train. The station lists a lift between street level, mezzanine and concourse.
Your requested station-arrival time should be earlier than your train departure, allowing for the walk and any interchange. Share the train service and target with the office. Liverpool Street also connects with the Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan Underground lines.
A pre-booked car can collect you from your SW11 address, so you do not need to get yourself and your luggage to Clapham Junction first. You will still need to make your way through Liverpool Street to your onward departure.
If your pickup is at Clapham Junction itself, the station is on St John's Hill, SW11 2QP. Tell the office which entrance or side you need and agree the meeting arrangement; the station name alone is not a pickup point.

RETURN TO SW11
For a return from London Liverpool Street to SW11, give the office your arriving train operator and service, its origin, arrival date and scheduled time, and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately with the office; a return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.

Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB accepts it and sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance inside the station is arranged separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell the KB office about your mobility and assistance needs so the car arrangements can be planned.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
