Allow time between your car's arrival and your train departure, especially if you have luggage or railway assistance arranged.
London Marylebone is at Melcombe Place, London NW1 6JJ. Chiltern lists step-free access to all railway platforms and a mobility set-down point at the station entrance. Tell our office about your mobility needs when arranging the car.
Chiltern identifies the ticket barriers as its assistance meeting point. Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator, then share the service and your requested station-arrival time with our office so the car plan fits.
YOUR OUTWARD JOURNEY
A pre-booked pickup from your SW11 address means you do not have to make your way to Clapham Junction with your luggage. Agree a station-arrival target that gives you time to reach your departure area and any assistance meeting point before your train leaves.
Share your train service and target arrival time with the office. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking: KB confirms acceptance by SMS and/or email.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; for a group, ask about a six-passenger vehicle or enquire about seven or more passengers. Choose for the whole party and its luggage together, rather than the number of seats alone.
Let us know the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. An accompanying carer needs a seat too; the office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
RETURN JOURNEY
For collection from London Marylebone to SW11, give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, along with your contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; it is not necessarily the railway assistance meeting point.
If your train or plans change, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888. The booker or authorised contact should request any change and obtain confirmation that the revised arrangements have been accepted, including any revised charge. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.

Your quote reflects the specific journey and vehicle you need. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop.
Railway assistance inside Marylebone is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility or assistance needs so the car journey can be planned around them.
KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Ask the office about any additional escort inside a building; the task and any charge are agreed separately. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
