Agree a station-arrival target that leaves you time to reach your departure, and discuss any access needs with the office.
London Paddington is at Praed Street, London W2 1HQ. The APCOA car-park entrance is on Bishops Bridge Road, and station drop-off guidance says waiting is not permitted. Give the office your train departure and the time you want to arrive at the station; these are not the same time.
Paddington lists a staffed assistance drop-off point above platform 12. Arrange help inside the station with your train operator, preferably in advance, and tell KB Cars about your mobility needs for the car journey.
YOUR SW11 PICKUP
A pre-booked pickup saves you the trip from home to Clapham Junction before travelling on to Paddington. Clapham Junction Rail Station, on St John's Hill, is a useful reference for the area, but your quote is based on your actual pickup address.
Allow time after drop-off to reach your departure area inside Paddington. If you are continuing to Heathrow, the station has Heathrow Express and Elizabeth line connections; your onward rail ticket is separate from the car journey.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office; an estate is worth asking about for extra luggage. For a larger group, ask about a six-passenger vehicle or enquire about seven- or eight-plus passenger options. Executive, minivan and luxury options can also be discussed. Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and sizes of their bags, including any pushchair or folded wheelchair, so the vehicle can be chosen for the whole load.
RETURN TO SW11
For a return from London Paddington to SW11, give the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; a return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call 020 8870 8888 and agree any revised collection with the office. Applicable waiting or changes may affect the cost.

Your quote reflects the actual journey. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage, plus your train service and requested station-arrival time. Mention any extra stop or vehicle preference.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
Arrange station assistance separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell our office what help you need for the car journey too.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding and luggage needs with the office. An additional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement, with any cost agreed for the task.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
