Allow for check-in
Departures and Arrivals are separate terminals. Tell KB Cars when your coach operator asks you to arrive at the station; follow the operator’s check-in instructions and the departure monitors for your gate. For timetable enquiries, contact your coach operator.
YOUR SW11 PICKUP
Start from your address or an agreed station entrance
A pre-booked car can collect you from your SW11 address, so you do not need to get yourself and your luggage to a rail station first. You will still need to find your departure area inside Victoria Coach Station.
If your pickup is at Clapham Junction Rail Station, agree the entrance and meeting arrangement with the office: the station has multiple entrances. Tell us about any mobility needs so we can discuss a practical meeting point.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Choose for people and luggage together
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is an option for a group, with luggage considered alongside seats. Ask the office about seven or more passengers.
Give us the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can agree a suitable vehicle. An accompanying carer needs a seat too.
FOR THE RETURN
Arrange a separate return collection
For collection from Victoria Coach Station’s coach Arrivals, provide the arriving coach operator and service, travel date and arrival time, plus a contact number. The office will agree the car meeting point separately; a return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your coach or plans change, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 and ask the office to agree any revised collection. Waiting or changes can affect the cost.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage, along with your coach service and its requested station-arrival time. Mention any extra stop. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Assistance inside the station is separate from your car booking: arrange it with your coach operator. Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters; porter help is not included in your KB booking.
Tell our office about your mobility needs so we can plan the car journey. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with arrangements and any cost agreed with you.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
