What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Liverpool Street lists a lift between street level, the mezzanine and concourse.
Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. An additional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement, with any cost agreed for the task.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
