Allow for the journey from the station entrance to your departure, not just the train’s departure time.
Tell our office your train departure and the station-arrival time requested by your operator, so your pickup can be planned around both. Marylebone is at Melcombe Place, London NW1 6JJ. It has step-free access to all railway platforms and a mobility set-down point at the station entrance.
Arrange assistance inside the station with your train operator. Chiltern identifies the ticket barriers as its assistance meeting point; this is not the car meeting point. If continuing by Underground, Marylebone is on the Bakerloo line.
YOUR SW14 PICKUP
A pre-booked car can collect you from your home in Mortlake or East Sheen, saving you the separate journey to a public transport starting point with your luggage. You will still need time to reach your departure facilities inside Marylebone.
Mortlake station is on Sheen Lane, SW14 8LN. If it is your pickup rather than your home, give the office the exact location and agree a safe, accessible meeting point.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is a group option, while seven- or eight-plus-passenger vehicles are available to enquire about.
Tell us the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The whole party and its luggage determine the suitable arrangement; a particular vehicle model is not guaranteed.
RETURN TO SW14
For a return from London Marylebone, give the office your arriving train operator and service, where it starts, travel date, scheduled arrival time and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; it is not necessarily the railway assistance point.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call the office on 020 8870 8888. Ask for confirmation of any revised collection; a change request is not itself acceptance. Waiting or changes may affect the cost.

Your quote reflects the actual journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and pickup time, passenger numbers and luggage details. Include your train service, departure and the operator’s requested station-arrival time, plus any extra stop or return you need. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms the booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs so we can discuss the car journey.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. An optional additional escort inside a building is assessed separately; the office will agree the arrangements and any cost with you. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so travelling seated in a wheelchair is not available.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
