PLAN YOUR ARRIVAL
Plan your car arrival around your onward service, not just its departure time.
St Pancras International and King's Cross are separate railway stations, although they share an Underground station. Specify St Pancras International for your drop-off; Eurostar uses the international departure and arrival areas in the Arcade.
Eurostar Standard and Plus passengers travelling from London should plan to reach the station by the arrival time on their ticket, allowing for ticket, security and border checks. The ticket-check deadline is not the arrival target. Eurostar recommends downloading your ticket near your travel date for current advice, which varies by route and class.
FROM YOUR DOOR
A pre-booked home pickup saves you getting yourself and your luggage to Mortlake station on Sheen Lane before starting your onward journey. It can be especially useful for an early departure or when travelling with larger cases.
You will still need to make your way through St Pancras after drop-off. Tell the office about any mobility or luggage needs so the car journey can be planned accordingly.
VEHICLE CHOICE
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is also offered; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger options.
Give us the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, along with any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item. The office can consider the whole party and its luggage together, rather than seats alone.
RETURN JOURNEY
For a separate return to SW14, give the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date, scheduled arrival time and a contact number. Call 020 8870 8888 to agree the collection arrangements; the office will confirm the meeting point separately.
If your train or plans change, contact the office to request an update. The office will confirm any accepted changes and revised charge where applicable. A separate return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.

Your quote reflects the exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stops so the office can quote for the journey you need. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Railway assistance inside St Pancras is arranged separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. St Pancras lists lift-based step-free access to all platforms.
Tell our office about mobility, boarding or luggage needs when you book. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; advance notice helps us coordinate suitable help. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
