PLAN YOUR COACH CONNECTION
Victoria Coach Station is separate from Victoria rail and Underground stations. Plan your car journey around the time your coach operator asks you to arrive, rather than the departure time alone.
Victoria Coach Station has separate Departures and Arrivals terminals. For an outward coach, enter Departures and check the departure monitors for your current gate. Ask your coach operator about its timetable and required arrival time.
Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters. Ask your coach operator about assistance before you travel; porter help is not included in your KB Cars booking.
Your pre-booked car can collect you from your home in Mortlake or East Sheen, so you do not have to make your way to Mortlake station with your luggage. Tell us your exact pickup address so the office can plan the journey from your door.
The destination is Victoria Coach Station, 164 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9TP, not Victoria rail or Underground station. You will still need to make your way inside to the departure area.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office; an estate is an option to consider for extra luggage. You can also ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is a group option; ask the office about seven or more passengers. The right choice depends on the whole party and its luggage together.
Let us know the number and size of cases and cabin bags, and about any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item. An accompanying carer needs a seat too.
Arrange your return to SW14 separately. Give the office your arriving coach operator and service number, arrival date and time, and a contact number; we will agree a suitable car meeting point with you.
If your coach plans change, call 020 8870 8888 to request a revised arrangement. The office can confirm whether the change is accepted and whether the cost changes. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle; waiting may also affect the cost.

The quote reflects your exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, coach service and the operator's requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle booking information.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Station assistance is separate from your car booking: ask your coach operator about the help you need. Tell the KB Cars office about your mobility and boarding needs when arranging the car.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside the building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
