SW14 to London Waterloo private hire

Pre-book a pickup from your Mortlake or East Sheen address, planned around your train and luggage. Request a journey-specific quote or call our 24-hour office on 020 8870 8888.

BEFORE YOU TRAVEL

Arrive ready for your train

Give us your train service and the time you want to arrive at Waterloo. That arrival target is separate from your train’s departure: allow time to reach your platform or connection.

Plan your route to the platform

Waterloo lists step-free access from the main concourse to the platforms, with exits 1, 2 and 3 identified as step-free routes. Consider which route suits your onward journey when discussing your drop-off.

Know where assistance meets

Exit 2 has lift access towards Waterloo Road and the Jubilee line. The Passenger Assistance meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12; arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator.

YOUR SW14 PICKUP

Start at your own address

A pre-booked KB Cars journey starts at your SW14 address, so you do not have to make a separate journey to a local station with your luggage. Mortlake station is on Sheen Lane, but you do not need to meet your car there.

At Waterloo, allow for the journey through the station to your onward departure area. Tell the office about any access needs when discussing a suitable drop-off.

ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY

Choose room for people and luggage

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office; an estate may suit extra luggage. You can also ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats. A six-passenger vehicle is an option; ask the office about seven- or eight-passenger vehicles.

Share the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can agree a suitable vehicle.

COMING BACK TO SW14

Arrange a separate return collection

For a return from London Waterloo to SW14, give the office your train service and origin, travel date, expected arrival time and contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; it is not automatically the same as your outward drop-off.

If your train or plans change, contact the office on 020 8870 8888. Ask for confirmation that any revised collection has been accepted. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions about your Waterloo transfer

Plan the car journey and your onward rail travel with confidence.

What do you need for a quote?

Your quote reflects the exact journey, including the addresses, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, Waterloo destination, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time; include any extra stop.

An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.

What if I need help inside the station?

Railway Passenger Assistance is a separate arrangement with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs so we can discuss the car journey too.

We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any agreed cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.

Does the transfer include my onward ticket?

Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
