Choose a station-arrival target that leaves time to reach your departure area, rather than using the train departure time as your car arrival time.
London Marylebone is at Melcombe Place, London NW1 6JJ. Chiltern lists a mobility set-down point at the station entrance and step-free access to all railway platforms. Tell our office about your access needs when arranging the car.
Give the office your train service and the time you want to arrive at the station. If you need railway assistance, arrange it separately with your train operator: Chiltern identifies the ticket barriers as its assistance meeting point.
YOUR SW15 PICKUP
A pre-booked car takes you from your SW15 pickup address directly to Marylebone, without first making your way to a local station. You will still need time to move through Marylebone to your departure area.
Putney station on the High Street and East Putney Underground station on Upper Richmond Road are different starting points. Your pickup address matters, particularly if you are travelling from elsewhere in SW15, such as Roehampton.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office; an estate is worth considering if you have extra luggage. You can also ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is an option for a group; ask the office about seven or eight-plus passengers.
Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We will consider the whole party and its luggage together when agreeing a suitable vehicle.
COMING HOME
For a return from London Marylebone to SW15, give the office your arriving service and its origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, along with a contact number. We will agree your car meeting point separately; a return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your train or plans change, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 so the office can review the arrangement and confirm any accepted change. Waiting or changes may affect the cost.

Your quote reflects the exact journey, including the pickup address, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send the office your full pickup address, destination, passenger and luggage details, train service, requested station-arrival time and any extra stop.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends its confirmation by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance is a separate arrangement with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Chiltern identifies the ticket barriers as its assistance meeting point at Marylebone.
Tell our office what help you need with the car journey. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
