ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is an option; enquire about seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles. The right choice depends on the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats.
Tell us the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. An accompanying carer also needs a seat. KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding needs and space for a folding wheelchair with the office.
AT LONDON PADDINGTON
Agree a station arrival target that leaves time for your onward train and any help you need.
London Paddington is at Praed Street, London W2 1HQ. Tell the office your train departure time and the earlier time you want to reach the station, allowing for getting inside and to your platform. Station drop-off guidance does not permit waiting, so agree the practical car arrangements before travel.
Paddington lists a staffed assistance drop-off point on the deck above platform 12. Arrange railway assistance with the station or train operator, preferably in advance, and tell KB Cars about your access needs so we can discuss the car arrangements.
YOUR SW15 PICKUP
A pre-booked car collects you from your SW15 address, rather than requiring you to reach a local station with your luggage. East Putney Underground station is on Upper Richmond Road, SW15 2SZ; how practical it is as a starting point depends on where in Putney or Roehampton you are travelling from.
A car takes you to Paddington, but does not remove the need to get from the drop-off to your onward platform. Consider that walk and any assistance when choosing your station arrival target.
WHEN YOU COME BACK
For a separate return from London Paddington to SW15, give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, travel date and expected arrival time, plus a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; a return does not automatically reserve the outward driver or vehicle.
If your train or plans change, contact the office on 020 8870 8888. Ask the office to confirm any revised collection arrangements; waiting or changes can affect the cost.

Your quote reflects the exact journey and vehicle required. Send your full pickup address, destination, travel date and pickup time, passenger and luggage details, and your train service, departure time and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or access needs.
An enquiry or quote alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance inside Paddington is arranged separately with the station or train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and access needs too.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an optional additional escort inside the station, discuss the task with the office so the arrangements and any cost can be agreed.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
