Departures and Arrivals are separate terminals. For your outward journey, go to Departures and check the monitors for your gate. Arrange the car around the station-arrival time requested by your coach operator, not just the departure time; contact the operator for timetable enquiries.
YOUR SW15 PICKUP
Start from your address, not a station
A pre-booked car can collect you from your SW15 address, so you do not have to carry your bags to a rail or Underground station before travelling to Victoria Coach Station.
Putney rail station is on High Street; East Putney Underground station is on Upper Richmond Road. They are different starting points, and your journey from home may be different again. Give the office your actual pickup address so the car is arranged for the right place.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Choose space for people and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office; an estate may be worth considering for extra luggage. You can also ask about executive, mini van and luxury options, including six-, seven- or eight-passenger vehicles. Choose for the whole party and its luggage together, rather than seat count alone.
Tell us the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help agree a suitable vehicle.
RETURN JOURNEYS
Arrange a separate return collection
For a return from Victoria Coach Station to SW15, give KB Cars your arriving coach operator and service, travel date, arrival time and contact number. The office will agree a meeting point with you separately; a return does not automatically reserve the outward driver or vehicle.
If your coach or plans change, the booker or an authorised contact can call the office on 020 8870 8888 to request a revised arrangement. Confirm that the change has been accepted and agree any revised charge with the office.

What do you need for a quote?
The quote reflects your actual journey and vehicle needs. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage, along with your coach service and its requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Station assistance is separate from your car booking; arrange help inside the station with your coach operator. Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters; porter help is not included in a KB booking.
Tell our office about your mobility and assistance needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an additional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding and luggage needs with the office.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
