Allow time to get from the car to your departure area, especially if you need assistance or an Underground connection.
Marylebone is on Melcombe Place, London NW1 6JJ. Chiltern lists a mobility set-down point at the entrance and step-free access to all railway platforms. Tell our office about your mobility needs so we can plan the car journey with you.
Give us your rail operator and service and the time you want to arrive at the station, not just the train departure time. Allow for getting inside and finding your departure area. Marylebone Underground is on the Bakerloo line if you have an onward connection.
Streatham Rail Station is on Streatham High Road, SW16 6HP. A pre-booked pickup from your home or other SW16 address means you do not have to make your way there first with your luggage.
If your party is leaving from different addresses, tell the office about any extra pickups so they can be included in the journey and quote.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
A saloon is an option for an ordinary journey; discuss an estate if you need extra luggage space, or an MPV for your party and bags. You can also ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is available as a group option; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair or folding wheelchair. We will plan the vehicle around the whole party and its luggage. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair.
A return from London Marylebone to SW16 can be arranged separately. Give the office your arriving train operator or service, date and arrival time, and a mobile contact number. We will agree the car meeting point with you; it is separate from the station drop-off.
If your train is delayed or your plans change, call 020 8870 8888 to discuss the collection and confirm any revised arrangement. Waiting may be chargeable under the applicable terms.

Your quote is based on the exact journey, including the addresses, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Mention any extra stop.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Chiltern identifies the ticket barriers as its assistance meeting point.
Tell our office what help you need with the car journey. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An optional additional escort inside a building is assessed separately; it may be free or carry a charge agreed with you.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
