What do you need for a quote?

What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility needs and any accompanying carer when arranging the journey.
KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge; let the office know in advance where possible. An extra escort inside a building is a separate arrangement, with any charge agreed for the task. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding and whether a folding chair can travel as luggage.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
