Allow time for Eurostar checks
Eurostar's international departure area is in the Arcade. Standard and Plus passengers travelling from London should follow the station arrival time on their ticket, allowing for ticket, security and border checks; the ticket-check deadline is not your arrival target. Download your ticket near your travel date for current advice, which varies by route and class.

From your SW16 address to the station
A pickup from your Streatham address takes you directly to St Pancras International without first carrying your luggage to a local rail station. You will still need to make your way inside to your departure area: EMR and Southeastern use the upper concourse, while Thameslink platforms are below ground.
Tell the office your train departure and the time you want to reach the station, rather than treating the departure time as your car arrival time. The office can help plan the pickup around your journey.

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats. Tell us how many cases and cabin bags you have, their sizes and any pushchair, folded wheelchair or other bulky item.
RETURN JOURNEYS
Arrange a separate return to SW16
For a return from St Pancras International to SW16, give the office your arriving train operator or service, origin, travel date, scheduled arrival time and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; the outward drop-off is not automatically the return collection point.
If your train is delayed or your plans change, call 020 8870 8888 to request a revised arrangement. The office must accept and confirm the change; a request or acknowledgement alone does not update the booking.

What do you need for a quote?
The quote reflects your particular journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and pickup time, passenger numbers and luggage, along with your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference.
An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. St Pancras has lift-based step-free access to all platforms.
Tell the office about your mobility and boarding needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside, discuss the task and any agreed cost with the office.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
