Follow your operator’s check-in instructions and share its requested station-arrival time when booking the car. UK and international services have different check-in arrangements. At the station, check the departure monitors for your gate; contact your coach company for timetable enquiries.
Pickup from your SW16 address
A pre-booked car takes you from your address to Victoria Coach Station in one arrangement, without first getting yourself and your luggage to a rail station or changing trains. You will still need to make your way inside to Departures.
Streatham Rail Station is on Streatham High Road, SW16 6HP. Public transport may suit you if you are nearby; a home pickup can be more convenient when you have cases or are travelling as a group.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Choose room for people and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office; an estate is an option to consider for extra luggage. You can also ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is offered; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus-passenger options.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help agree a vehicle for the whole party and its combined luggage.
RETURN JOURNEY
Arrange a separate return to SW16
For a return from Victoria Coach Station to SW16, give the office your arriving coach operator and service, date, expected arrival time and a contact number. Arrivals and Departures are separate terminals, so agree the car meeting point with the office for your return.
If your coach is delayed or plans change, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888. Request any change and ask the office to confirm whether it is accepted and whether the charge has changed; waiting may be chargeable. A separate return does not automatically reserve the same driver or vehicle.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the actual journey, including the addresses, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, passenger and luggage details, coach service and the operator’s requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return you would like to arrange.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Station assistance is separate from your car booking: contact your coach operator to arrange help inside. Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters; porter help is not included in the KB booking.
Tell the office about your mobility and boarding needs, preferably in advance. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An optional escort inside is assessed separately, with any charge agreed for the task. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding chair must travel as luggage where suitable.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
