PLAN YOUR ARRIVAL
Your station-arrival target should be earlier than your train departure, leaving time to reach the platform and use any assistance you have arranged.
Waterloo's main concourse has step-free access to the platforms, and exits 1, 2 and 3 are listed as step-free routes. Exit 2 has lift access towards Waterloo Road and the Underground Jubilee line. Tell the office about your access needs so you can agree a suitable drop-off.
The Passenger Assistance meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12. Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator and allow time to reach the meeting point before your departure.
FROM STREATHAM TO WATERLOO
A pre-booked car takes you from your chosen Streatham address to Waterloo, without first getting yourself and your bags to a local station. You will still need to make your way inside Waterloo to your departure facilities.
Streatham Rail Station is on Streatham High Road, SW16 6HP. If it is your starting point, name Streatham Rail Station when you book and give the office your proposed pickup point; the station address does not itself establish a car meeting point.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is also offered, with luggage considered alongside the number of passengers. Ask the office about seven- or eight-plus-passenger options.
Give the office the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. An accompanying carer needs a seat too. The office can agree a suitable vehicle for the combined party and load.
COMING HOME
For a return from London Waterloo to SW16, give the office your arriving train operator and service, service origin, arrival date and time, and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point and exit separately; the outward drop-off does not establish a return collection point.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 to request revised arrangements. Make sure the office accepts and confirms the change, including any revised charge; acknowledgement of your request alone does not mean the change is accepted. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.

The quote reflects your exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, date, passengers and luggage, along with any extra stop and vehicle or access needs. Include your train service and your requested station-arrival time, not just the train's departure time.
Request a quote online or call the office. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking; KB confirms it by SMS and/or email.
Arrange Passenger Assistance inside Waterloo separately with your train operator; your car booking does not arrange it. Tell the KB office what help you need with the car journey, including mobility or boarding needs.
KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside the station, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
