YOUR STATION ARRIVAL
Your requested station-arrival time is different from your train’s departure time. Allow time to reach the departure area and arrange any assistance you need.
London Marylebone is at Melcombe Place, London NW1 6JJ. Give the office your train service and the time you want to arrive at the station, rather than just the departure time. Follow station signs to the railway departure area.
Chiltern lists step-free access to all railway platforms and a mobility set-down point at the station entrance. Its assistance meeting point is at the ticket barriers. Arrange railway assistance with your train operator and any onward Underground assistance with the relevant operator; tell our office what you need for the car journey.
YOUR STARTING POINT
A pre-booked car collects you at your SW17 address, so you do not have to get yourself and your luggage to a local station first. You will still need to make your way through London Marylebone to your train.
Tooting Rail Station is on London Road, SW17 9JR; it is distinct from Tooting Broadway and Tooting Bec Underground stations. If you are comparing public transport, check the journey from the station you would actually use as well as how you will reach it from home.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is offered; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus-passenger options.
Tell us the number of passengers and the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can consider the whole load and seating layout together; a particular vehicle model is not guaranteed.
RETURN JOURNEY
For a return from London Marylebone to SW17, give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, plus a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately with the office.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888. The booker or authorised contact can request a change and should obtain confirmation that KB has accepted the revised arrangement. A separate return does not automatically reserve the outward driver or vehicle.

An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs so the car journey can be planned appropriately.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair free of charge; tell the office in advance what help you need. This does not affect assistance required by law. An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
