BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Check the station and arrival target before agreeing your pickup time.
St Pancras International and King’s Cross are separate railway stations, although they share an Underground station. Check that your ticket names St Pancras International, particularly if you are travelling by Eurostar.
For Eurostar Standard and Plus journeys from London, follow the arrival time on your ticket and allow for ticket, security and border checks. The ticket-check deadline is not your arrival target. Arrival guidance varies by route and class, so download your ticket near your travel date for the latest advice.
AT ST PANCRAS
St Pancras International is on Euston Road. Eurostar uses the international departure and arrival areas in the Arcade; EMR and Southeastern use the upper concourse, while Thameslink platforms are below ground. Allow time after your car drop-off to reach your departure area.
Your pickup can be from your address in Tooting or elsewhere in SW17, so you do not have to carry your bags to Tooting Rail Station first. Tell the office your train service and the time you need to arrive at St Pancras when arranging the car.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is an option for a group, with luggage considered alongside the passengers. Ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles.
Give us the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can agree a suitable vehicle for the whole party.
RETURN JOURNEYS
For a return from St Pancras International to SW17, tell the office your arriving operator, service and origin, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. The office will agree the car meeting point separately; a return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call 020 8870 8888 so the office can review the arrangement and confirm any accepted change. Waiting or changes may affect the cost.

The quote is based on your actual journey and the vehicle and extras you need. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage, along with your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop so it can be reflected in the quote. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle booking information.
An enquiry or quote alone does not confirm a car. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance inside the station separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. St Pancras has lift-based step-free access to its platforms.
Tell our office what help you need. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an additional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
