Victoria Coach Station, at 164 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9TP, is separate from Victoria rail and Underground stations. Departures and Arrivals are in separate buildings; for an outward coach, go to Departures and follow the monitors for your gate.
Share your coach operator, service and departure time with the office, along with the arrival or check-in time requested by the operator. Contact the coach company for timetable questions.
YOUR SW17 PICKUP
A pre-booked car can collect you from your SW17 address, avoiding a separate trip to a local station with your luggage. Allow for the walk through Victoria Coach Station to your departure gate after drop-off.
If you use Tooting Rail Station as a reference point, it is on London Road, SW17 9JR; it is distinct from Tooting Broadway and Tooting Bec Underground stations. Give the office your actual pickup address rather than just the station name.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats.
Tell us the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help agree a suitable vehicle.
RETURN COLLECTION
Arrange the return separately and give the office your arriving coach operator and service, arrival date and time, and contact number. The office will agree a suitable meeting point with you; it is not automatically the outward drop-off point.
If your coach plans change, call 020 8870 8888 to request a change. The office will confirm any accepted revision and applicable price change. A separate return does not automatically reserve the same driver or vehicle.

Your quote reflects the actual journey, including the addresses, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full SW17 pickup address and destination, passenger and luggage details, coach service and requested station-arrival time; mention any extra stop. KB Cars is registered with the ICO. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange station assistance separately with your coach operator; a car booking does not itself arrange it. Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters; porter help is not included in your KB booking.
Tell the office what help you need with the car journey. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed.
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
