Where will the car set you down?
Network Rail lists Wilton Road for set-down and collection, while Terminus Place is set-down only. Tell the office your train operator and departure time, and agree a requested station-arrival time that leaves room to reach your departure area. The office will agree the car set-down point with you.
Start from your SW17 address
A pre-booked car collects you from your address in SW17 or Tooting, so you do not first have to reach Tooting Rail Station with your luggage. You will still need time to make your way through Victoria to your train.
If your pickup is at Tooting Rail Station, specify the station on London Road, SW17 9JR. It is distinct from Tooting Broadway and Tooting Bec Underground stations; give the office your exact pickup point so there is no confusion.

Book the return separately and give the office your arriving train operator or service, travel date, scheduled arrival time and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; Wilton Road is listed for collection, but the office will confirm your particular meeting point.
If your train is delayed or your plans change, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888. Request the change and make sure the office accepts the revised arrangement; an acknowledgement alone is not acceptance.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote is based on the actual journey and vehicle you need. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage, plus your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop so it can be reflected in the quote. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance inside Victoria is a separate arrangement with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell the KB Cars office about your mobility and assistance needs so it can plan the car journey with you.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. Where possible, discuss the help needed in advance. An optional extra escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any charge agreed for the task. KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
