Start from the right Tooting address
A pre-booked car can collect you from your address in Tooting or elsewhere in SW17, so you do not first have to reach a station with your luggage. You will still need time to get from the Waterloo drop-off to the concourse or departure area.
If your pickup is at a station rather than home, be specific: Tooting Rail Station is on London Road, SW17 9JR; Tooting Broadway and Tooting Bec are separate Underground stations. Give the office your exact pickup address and any relevant access needs.

Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, along with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help choose a suitable vehicle for the combined load.
COMING BACK TO SW17
Arrange a separate return collection
For a return from London Waterloo to SW17, give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. The office will agree a suitable car meeting point separately; a return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.

What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange Passenger Assistance inside Waterloo separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs so the car journey can be planned appropriately.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free. Tell the office in advance what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. An additional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement and may be free or carry an agreed charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
