London Liverpool Street is at Bishopsgate, London EC2M 7PY. Tell us your booked train operator and service and the time you need to arrive at the station. Allow time between that target and your train departure to enter the station and reach the departure facilities.
A lift links the concourse, mezzanine and street level. Liverpool Street serves the Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan Underground lines; follow the signs to the facilities for your onward service.
YOUR SW18 PICKUP
A pre-booked pickup can take you from your home in Wandsworth or Earlsfield directly to London Liverpool Street, without first travelling to a local station or changing services with your luggage. You will still need time to reach your departure facilities inside Liverpool Street.
Earlsfield station on Garratt Lane and Wandsworth Town station on York Road are separate local rail origins. If comparing a public-transport journey, use the one that suits your starting address and allow for getting there from home.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is also offered, with luggage considered alongside the passenger count.

RETURN COLLECTION
For a return from London Liverpool Street to SW18, give the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date, expected arrival time and contact number. The office will agree a car meeting point with you separately; the outward booking does not set the return pickup point.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 and agree the revised arrangements with the office. A separate return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.

An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance inside Liverpool Street is arranged separately with your train operator; your car booking does not arrange it. Tell the KB office about your mobility and boarding needs so the car journey can be planned around them.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
