BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Allow time between your station arrival and train departure, including any assistance or walking you need inside the station.
Give the office your train departure and the time you want to reach the station, allowing for your operator’s arrival advice. Paddington’s car park entrance is on Bishops Bridge Road, separate from the other station approach; waiting is not permitted at drop-off.
Paddington has a staffed assistance drop-off point on the deck above platform 12. Arrange station assistance with your train operator, preferably in advance, and tell KB Cars what help you need for the car journey.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is available as a group option; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger arrangements.
Tell us the size and number of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can plan the vehicle around the whole party and its combined luggage.
A home pickup saves you getting to a local station and changing trains with your luggage. You will still need to make your way inside Paddington to your onward departure.
Earlsfield station is on Garratt Lane; Wandsworth Town station is on York Road. They are separate starting points, so give us your actual pickup address rather than relying on the station name or postcode alone.
RETURN TO SW18
For a return from London Paddington to SW18, give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, along with a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; a return booking does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, contact the office on 020 8870 8888 and confirm the revised collection arrangements.

The quote reflects your exact journey and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and preferred station-arrival time. Include any extra stop so the office can quote for the journey you need. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it for you. Tell the KB Cars office about mobility or boarding needs and anyone accompanying you.
Ask the office about free guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair; arranging this in advance helps us plan. KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
