AT THE COACH STATION
Plan the car arrival around your operator’s boarding requirements, not just the departure time.
Victoria Coach Station is at 164 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9TP, separate from Victoria rail and Underground stations. Its Departures and Arrivals terminals are separate: for an outward coach, head to Departures and check the monitors for your gate.
Check the timetable and boarding or check-in guidance with your coach operator; UK and international arrangements differ. Give KB Cars the company, service and time you want to arrive at the station, allowing for the operator’s requirements and the walk to your gate.
YOUR SW18 PICKUP
A pre-booked car can collect you at home in SW18, so you do not need to take your luggage to a public transport stop first. Earlsfield station is on Garratt Lane; tell us your actual collection address rather than assuming it is your starting point.
If access to your pickup is restricted or you have limited walking tolerance, discuss a safe, workable meeting point with the office. You will still need to reach your coach gate inside the station.
VEHICLE CHOICE
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; choose for the whole party and its bags, not seats alone.
Tell us how many suitcases and cabin bags you have, their sizes, and whether you are bringing a pushchair, folding wheelchair or other unusual item. The office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
RETURN COLLECTION
Arrange the return from Victoria Coach Station to SW18 separately. Give the office your arriving coach operator and service, arrival date and time, and a contact number; agree the car meeting point with the office rather than assuming it is the departures drop-off.

The quote reflects your exact journey and vehicle needs. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, coach service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Station assistance is separate from your car booking: arrange it with your coach operator. Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters; porter help is not included in a KB booking.
Tell our office what help you need for the car journey. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
