Pre-book a home pickup from Wandsworth or Earlsfield to Waterloo, with room for your party and luggage. Get a quote for your journey or speak to our 24-hour office on 020 8870 8888.

VEHICLE CHOICE
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with our office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is a group option, with luggage considered alongside the passengers. Ask the office about seven-passenger or larger vehicles.
Give us the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item. We can help agree a suitable vehicle for the combined load, rather than just counting seats.
PLAN YOUR ARRIVAL
Tell us your train departure time and the earlier time you want to arrive at Waterloo. Allow time to reach your onward departure area and meet any assistance you have arranged.
Network Rail lists step-free access from the main concourse to the platforms, and exits 1, 2 and 3 as step-free routes. Exit 2 has lift access towards Waterloo Road and the Jubilee line.
If you arrange Passenger Assistance with your rail operator, the Waterloo meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12. Keep the operator’s instructions to hand after arriving by car.
A KB Cars pickup starts at your SW18 address, so you do not need to take your luggage to a local station before travelling to Waterloo. You will still need to make your way through Waterloo to your onward departure area.
If a local rail journey suits you, Earlsfield station is on Garratt Lane, SW18 4SR. National Rail classifies its platform access as step-free category A; check the applicable directions and current assistance or lift information for your journey. Wandsworth Town is a separate station on York Road, SW18 1SU, so make sure you select the right starting point.
For a return to SW18, give the office your arriving train operator and service, its origin, date and scheduled arrival time, plus a contact number. We will agree the car meeting point separately; a return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.
If your train is delayed, your exit changes or your plans change, call 020 8870 8888 and ask the office to agree and confirm the revised collection arrangements. A material change may need a revised quote.
GOOD TO KNOW
Plan the car journey separately from your rail booking.
The quote reflects your exact journey, including addresses, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full SW18 pickup address, destination, passenger and luggage details, train service and departure time, and your requested Waterloo arrival time. Include any extra stop or return plans.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB accepts and confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Railway Passenger Assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs when planning the car journey.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. An additional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement, with any cost agreed for the task. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
