PRE-BOOKED PRIVATE HIRE

SW19 to London King's Cross transfers

Book a pickup from Wimbledon, Southfields or Colliers Wood for your train from King's Cross. Get a quote for your journey and choose a vehicle for your party and luggage with our 24-hour office.

AT KING'S CROSS

The right station, ready for your train

Check your rail booking and arrange any station assistance separately.

King's Cross is not St Pancras

London King's Cross is on Euston Road, London N1 9AL, and is a separate railway station from St Pancras International. Check the station on your rail booking so your car is arranged to the right destination.

Plan access and assistance

King's Cross is listed as having step-free access to all platforms; its station guide also provides lift and assistance information. Arrange help inside the station with your train operator, and tell our office about any help you need for the car journey.

PLAN YOUR DEPARTURE

Set your station-arrival target

Choose a requested arrival time at King's Cross before your train departs, allowing time to enter the station, find your platform and obtain any assistance. Share your rail operator, service and arrival target with our office so the pickup can be arranged around your journey.

Your car can collect you from your SW19 address rather than requiring you to reach a local station with your luggage. If a station is your pickup point, name it precisely: Wimbledon Rail Station is on The Broadway, while Wimbledon Park and South Wimbledon are different stations.

ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY

Choose for passengers and luggage

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office. An estate is an option to discuss for extra luggage; executive, minivan and luxury options are also available to enquire about. A six-passenger vehicle is a group option; ask the office about seven-passenger or larger options.

Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can agree a suitable arrangement for the combined party and load.

RETURN JOURNEYS

Arrange a separate return collection

For a return from London King's Cross to SW19, give the office your arriving rail operator and service, its origin, date and scheduled arrival time, and a contact number. Agree the meeting point separately with the office; it is not automatically the outward drop-off point.

If your train or plans change, call 020 8870 8888 to agree the revised arrangement and any change in charge with the office, and obtain confirmation. Waiting can be chargeable; ask the office about the terms for your collection.

GOOD TO KNOW

Station transfer questions

The details that help you book the right journey.

What do you need for a quote?

Your quote is based on the journey you need. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, and any extra stop or vehicle preference. Include your train service and requested station-arrival time.

What if I need help inside the station?

Arrange inside-station assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs too, including any accompanying carer or folding wheelchair.

We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Let us know your needs in advance where possible so we can coordinate suitable help. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair.

Does the transfer include my onward ticket?

Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
