If your pickup is at Wimbledon station, identify it clearly: Wimbledon station on The Broadway, SW19 7NL, is different from Wimbledon Park and South Wimbledon. Give the office your exact pickup address and discuss an accessible meeting point.

Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help choose for the whole party and its combined luggage, rather than seats alone.
RETURN JOURNEY
Arrange a separate return collection
For a return from London Liverpool Street to SW19, give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, along with a contact number. Agree the car meeting point and exit separately with the office.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call 020 8870 8888 so the office can review the collection. Request any material change and obtain confirmation that it has been accepted; applicable waiting or changes can affect the cost.

What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange railway assistance inside the station separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and assistance needs too.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
