BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Choose a station-arrival target before your train departs, allowing time to reach the departure area and for any assistance you need. Give the office your train operator, departure time and requested arrival target.

For help inside Paddington, arrange assistance with your train operator, preferably in advance. Station information lists a staffed assistance drop-off point above platform 12; include your mobility needs when requesting support.
A pre-booked car can collect you at your SW19 address, so you do not need to carry your luggage to a local station before travelling to Paddington. You will still need to make your way inside Paddington to your departure area.
If your pickup is at a station rather than home, name the exact station and proposed meeting point. Wimbledon, Wimbledon Park and South Wimbledon are different stations; the office can agree a practical collection point with you.

ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats.
Tell us how many cases and cabin bags you have, their sizes and whether you are bringing a pushchair, folding wheelchair or other unusual item. An accompanying carer also needs a seat.
A return from London Paddington to SW19 is arranged separately. Give the office your arriving train operator and service, arrival date and time, and a contact number; agree the car meeting point with the office.
If your train or plans change, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888. Ask the office to confirm any revised arrangement and charge; a request alone does not mean the change has been accepted.
GOOD TO KNOW
The practical details for your car journey and onward train.
Your quote reflects the actual journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, date, passengers and luggage, along with your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop so the office can quote for it.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking. KB confirms its acceptance by SMS and/or email.
Arrange station assistance separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell the KB Cars office about your mobility needs too, so it can plan suitable help for the car journey.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any charge agreed for the task. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
