What do you need for a quote?

An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB accepts it and sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange railway station assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell the KB Cars office about your mobility and boarding needs when arranging the journey.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An optional additional escort inside a building is assessed separately; it may be free or carry an agreed charge.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
