Choose a station arrival time
Your train departure time is not the time to arrive at the station. Allow time to get from the car drop-off to your departure area, including any assistance or luggage needs, and give the office your requested station-arrival time and train service.
A car can collect you at your SW2 address rather than requiring a separate trip to a local station. Streatham Hill station is in SW2, but the best starting point for your journey is your actual pickup address.
VEHICLE CHOICE
Room for passengers and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is also available as a group option. Ask the office about seven- or eight-plus-passenger vehicles.
Give the number of passengers and the sizes and counts of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help choose a vehicle for the combined party and load.
SEPARATE RETURN
Returning from King's Cross to SW2
Arrange your return collection separately. Give the office your arriving train's origin, operator and service, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. The office will agree a suitable car meeting point with you; it is not automatically the outward drop-off point.
If your train or plans change, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 so the office can review the collection and confirm any accepted change. Applicable waiting or changes may affect the cost.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the actual journey, including its addresses, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full SW2 pickup address, King's Cross destination, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends its acceptance by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange assistance inside King's Cross.
Tell our office about your mobility needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; advance notice helps us coordinate suitable help. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
